I help support our uber-talented team at Westways CIC.

My responsibility is to make sure they get the information they need to solve the right problems and make sure the our service continues to get better and better. Part of that role is to reduce the wrong kind of distractions, encourage the right kind and make sure we are always delivering value.

I’m also client-facing, helping support some of our end users to make the most out of our service.

I'm based in Cornwall with my little family, I have a 1-year-old son and a new family member arriving very soon, so on my way to creating the greatest 3 on 3 basketball team there ever was.
